1. Passport CopyThis is the most basic requirement.
Required for: All buyers (UAE residents and non-residents)
If you’re buying through a company, the trade license and shareholder documents will also be required.
2. Emirates ID (For UAE Residents)If you’re a resident of the UAE, a valid Emirates ID is mandatory.
Required for: Residents only
Not needed for overseas buyers
3. Proof of AddressSome developers, banks, or agents may ask for a recent utility bill or tenancy contract to confirm your address, especially when financing is involved.
